As a District Manager you would assist in the Hosmanek Agency's recruiting, selection, training, and supervision efforts, under the direction of the Agency Manager. Through selection interviews and preliminary training, you would introduce new recruits to a potential career as a Modern Woodmen representative and prepare them for a fast start in the business. You would also be responsible for field training and direct supervision of each new representative.
