Group term life insurance
- Premium paid by Modern Woodmen, coverage of two times your compensation earned over 12 months immediately prior to death, $200,000 maximum.
- Eligibility begins after one year continuous service under contract.

Retirement plan
- Monthly retirement annuity to be earned each year.
- (0.0175 x annual compensation)/12
- Credits begin after six months under contract.

Savings Plan [401(k)]
- You can contribute up to 15 percent of your compensation.
- Modern Woodmen matches 50 percent of your contributions, up to 6 percent.
- Eligibility begins after one year under contract and reaching age 21.

Social Security and Medicare Taxes
- Modern Woodmen contributes 7.65 percent.
